first draft of script

Fade in: We see a student named Tom, sitting at his desk surrounded by books and notes. He looks worried and stressed, his eyes glued to his notes, trying to understand anything he has spent the past couple of days noting down. Steve  (Muttering to himself) “I’m never going to pass this exam”. Just then, his friend enters the room and tosses a Cadbury Twirl bar onto his desk. Friend Bro, take a break. You need to relax. Steve I can’t relax! I have an exam tomorrow and I can’t understand anything that I have written. Friend Have a Twirl. It’ll help you concentrate Tom hesitates at first before unwrapping the chocolate bar. He takes a bite and his eyes suddenly burst open. Steve  (Amazed) This is crazy! I understand everything now! He then dives back into his notes and books, flipping pages and typing furiously on his keyboard. The clock on the wall ticks away, but time is irrelevant to tom. Cut to: The next day, Tom is walking out of the exam c...

location recce

which location I have chosen and why? The location that I have decided to choose for my advert is Chad well heath academy the reason regarding my choice of this particular school is because of the fact that I have access to the school itself which means that I am able to utilize the vast amount of rooms there are and use this to my advantage this being because of the fact that if there are rooms being used for lessons, meetings etc I still keep my options open as there are many rooms available that can be used for the production of the advert. Another reason for choosing Chad well heath academy as my set location is because of the fact the storyline itself of my advert is set within a school which means that Chadwell heath academy itself is ideal for my storyline. Evaluating location creativity Using this particular location to set the advert would be effective creatively because it syncs well with the story line of my advert this being because of the fact that due to the setting o...

Rational for final idea

Out of all the ideas I came with I decided to go with my 3rd and final idea the narrative of this being about a student who has an upcoming exam and has not revised for it at all and is doing last minute revision for the exam however feels that they will fail the exam regardless and want to just give up on but then takes a Twirl bar out as he is annoyed however as soon as he takes a bite he starts feeling motivated and ready and begins to continue revising and manages to take in a vast amount of knowledge and when it comes time for the exam he is ready and confident that he will pass and ends up getting full marks on the exam. The reason I chose this idea is because it is the most practical out of all the 3 this being because of the fact that it can be done within the school itself which means that travel cost would not be a factor that would need to be considered despite there not being a set budget which would be able to cover these costs, another reason is because it matches the se...

history of chosen product

 1) The product that I have chosen is Twirl the reason I have chosen that I have chosen this specific product is because I am a fan of this particular chocolate and also feel that it is iconic as a product which Cadburys has made which will be a key factor when it comes to advertising the product as it will help to gain the interest of the audience as they are already aware of the product itself which will prove useful in regards to aiming to sell the product.  2) Cadburys first launched Twirl in 1985 in Dublin by Cadbury Ireland and was launched as a single finger bar, it was then released in the UK 2 years later in 1987 as a twin-finger bar, it has marketed internationally since the 1990s and still remains one of Cadbury's chocolate bars. There have been many variations of the Twirl bar released by Cadburys including their snack sized version which are referred to as Twirl Bites. In late 2019, Cadbury launched an orange flavoured variety of the Twirl bar in the UK., Stocks o...
